What to Expect at Your First Visit
At Evergreen Dental, we want your first visit to be stress-free, comfortable, and informative. Our team is dedicated to making sure you feel welcomed and confident in your dental care. Here’s what you can expect during your first appointment:

Step 1
When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will check you in and help you complete any necessary new patient forms. To save time, you can fill out your forms online before your visit.
- Bring your insurance card, ID, and a list of medications if applicable.
Step 2
Your first visit includes a thorough dental exam and digital X-rays to assess your oral health. This allows us to:
- Check for cavities, gum disease, and other dental issues
- Evaluate your bite and jaw alignment
- Identify any early signs of oral health concerns
We use low-radiation digital X-rays for a safe and efficient diagnostic process.

Step 3
After your exam, Dr. Ameen Mukhi will review your X-rays, discuss any concerns, and create a customized treatment plan based on your dental needs and goals. This is your time to ask any questions about:
- Preventive care to maintain a healthy smile
- Treatment options for any dental concerns
- Cosmetic or restorative treatments you’re interested in
We believe in honest, transparent communication so you can make informed decisions about your dental health.
Step 4
Before you leave, our team will:
- Review your insurance benefits and costs upfront
- Discuss financing options (including CareCredit & Cherry) if needed
- Help you schedule future appointments at your convenience
For your convenience, we offer same-day treatment in many cases, so you can get started on your care right away!
